Ingredients
*1 piece medium onion, sliced
*2 pieces tomatoes, chopped
*9 pieces , Camias
*5 cups of rice water

*2 cups kangkong leaves and tender stalk cut into pieces

*5 pieces of string beans and eggplant, cut into pieces

*2 pieces siling labuyo
*1 tsp salt
Steps
- Saute onion and tomatoes.
- Then add the camias and cook till mushy.
- Add the Rice water.
- When boiling, drop the fish.
- Season with salt.
- Then add the string beans and the eggplant.
- Add siling labuyo and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add the kangkong let it stay for a minute and close the fire.
Your Sinigang na Bangus is ready. Indulge!
