Mouth-Watering Sinigang na Bangus (Milk Fish)



Ingredients

*1 piece medium onion, sliced
*2 pieces tomatoes, chopped
*9 pieces , Camias
*5 cups of rice 
water
*1 large bangus (Milk Fish)
*2 cups kangkong leaves and tender stalk cut into pieces
*5 pieces of string beans and eggplant, cut into pieces
*2 pieces siling labuyo
*1 tsp salt


Steps
  • Saute onion and tomatoes.
  • Then add the camias and cook till mushy.
  • Add the Rice water.
  • When boiling, drop the fish.
  • Season with salt.
  • Then add the string beans and the eggplant.
  • Add siling labuyo and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add the kangkong let it stay for a minute and close the fire.


Your Sinigang na Bangus is ready. Indulge!
