Makes 1 ( 12inch ) roll

Ingredients
- 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese or shredded pizza cheese
- 2 recipe pizza crust ( see pizza crust recipe)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose creams
- 1 packages sliced pepperoni, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh sliced button mushrooms
- 1/3 small onion, finely chopped
- 4-5pieces sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, very well drained
- dried Parmesan cheese, dried chili flakes for sprinkling
Steps
- Roll out dough into a 12-inch round. Distribute ingredients evenly on top of the dough. Roll as you would spring a roll to enclose all ingredients.
- Place pizza roll on a well-greased baking tray. Bake in a preheat 375ºF oven for 8 to 10 minutes til top is golden brown.
- Finish with sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese and dried flakes.
Tips
